HP Recommended

Hello all, I've been having issues with my HP057526 (HP OfficeJet 3830 series). It will not print for me. My HP Smart app shows that all is good with my printer status and settings. My Windows settings, however, show Default, Attention Required. I have tried various troubleshooting tools as well as live chats with Windows and I cannot get a fix to this issue. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling software, turning everything off, and restarting the network. The live chat agent with Windows had me reinstall Windows 10 which also did not work. HP Print and Scan doctor also was not help.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
