Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

my HP2620 shows a "there is a problem with the printer or ink system" message as soon as I turn it on. I use only HP cartridges. I tried turning the printer off and on, unplugging and plugging, cleaning the contacts on the cartridges, but the problem persists. 

 

Any suggestions?
