Product: Lenovo Thinkcentre
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My 2620 had a HP Cartridge 65 in it (Black) I put in a HP 61 Black cartridge and it will not recognise it, says no cartridge. I have reset everything, cleaned the contacts etc. If I put the original 65 back in it recognises that but won't see the 61. What can I do?

If I may ask why are you using number 61 cartridge when 65 works with your Printer?
