macOS 10.14 Mojave

Our HP 4630 printer was disconnected for a year + and it does not print but does not show any signs of error.

Whenever I send something to print, it acts like it prints fine, except it prints "transparent"

The ink levels are fine,

I already ran the features or cleaning the printing head, aligning it, etc.

It does not acknowledge any error it just won't use the ink!

Please help, and thank you so much for your reply

@harrisonochoa, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Were the test reports blank too?

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your computer.

 

Also, check for any software updates on MAC

Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.
