HP4634 stuck on "printing alignment page"

my HP 4634 is stuck on printing alignment page and am unable to do anything. can someone send some reset instructions please

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand you are unable to use printer due to alignment page is stuck.
This seems like a hardware issue with the printer. Check if the printer carriage is moving freely inside the printer. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Alignment Page Does Not Print  By end the article you will be able to fix the issue.
 

If the error persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer. You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
