The error code 0XB83811B0 on your HP 4650 printer, along with all lights blinking, indicates a specific issue that may require a few troubleshooting steps to resolve. Here's how you can address the problem:

**1. Perform a Basic Restart

  • Turn off the printer using the power button.
  • Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer and from the wall outlet.:
  • Wait for about 60 seconds to ensure that any residual power is discharged.
  • Reconnect the power cord and plug it back into the wall outlet.
  • Turn the printer back on and check if the error persists.

**2. Check for Paper Jams

  • Open all access panels, including the paper tray and rear panel, to check for any paper jams.
  • Carefully remove any jammed paper. Ensure there are no torn pieces left inside.
  • Close all access panels securely.

**3. Check for Cartridge Issues

  • Open the cartridge access door.
  • Ensure that the cartridges are properly installed and seated. Remove and reseat the cartridges if necessary.
  • Look for any obstructions or debris in the cartridge area
  • Close the cartridge access door securely.

**4. Reset Printer Settings

  1. Perform a Hard Reset:
    • Turn off the printer.
    • Disconnect the power cord.
    • Wait for about 60 seconds.
    • Reconnect the power cord and turn the printer on.

**5. Update Printer Firmware

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Visit the HP Support website and search for firmware updates for your HP 4650 printer.
