HP5520 has stopped printing black new hp cartridge purchased and fitted but black does not print

HP Recommended
HP PHOTOSMART 5520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer has been working fine needed a new cartridge which was changed printer printed one or 2 pages very weak black text then stopped printing black all together  i have used the online support tool /scan doctor but no success

I have tried everything and it was working fine until ink ran out i bought a new hp black 564 put it in and now it won’t print I understand it is out of warranty but surely it shouldn’t just stop printing one colour.   I have tried everything.  I have Windows 10   64bit on my computer but that doesn’t affect the diagnostic print and why does it print black when I use the print and scan doctor

This looks like a hardware issue.
