Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP 5530 is stuck in single cartridge mode - how to get it out?  It has 2 full cartridges installed - Windows 10 can see the colour cartridge but the printer can't.  I've tried the power off/on suggestion I've seen in previous posts, also removing the printer in Windows & then adding it again but nothing has worked.

Fixed!  By removing & re-installing colour cartridge
