I installed a brand new HP62 color cartridge and it would not clean up on magenta. Deep cleaning the cartridge made no difference. The other three colors were clear but no magenta. I have pictures of the print outs and the expiration date on the cartridge. I installed my backup color cartridge and it worked fine. Can I get this cartridge replaced under warranty by HP?
I would appreciate any help, as there was no clear path to get to customer service on this particular print cartridge issue.
