Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Issue: Have been assisting a user with a printer but found an issue whereby when printing documents on a HP6200 with.txt and .rtf files the printer will output blank sheets with no text output printed on them.
Printer has been setup with latest drivers and print utilities connected via USB.
Printer has correct ink levels with fresh cartridges.
When performing a test print from windows printer settings the printer will happily print a perfect test page.
Print preview shows text on the page.
Win11 22H2 B22631.3235
I am able to print other formats fine such as PDF files
Any ideas or opinions on this?
