Product: Officejet PRO 6830
Operating System: Other

My Officejet PRO 6830 will not print envelopes. I put in the envelope, hit 'print' and it sounds like it is printing.  I even hear the 'back and forth' sound you hear when the machine is printing.  Prints just fine on paper but will not print on envelopes.  Argh!

This started about 8 weeks ago - I was running Mac OS Catalina and am now running Mac OS Big Sur.  Thanks in advance!
