Our HP Officejet 6950 won't print at all, B&W or color.  New HP branded cartridges have been installed.  Still  nothing.  Old cartridges printed faint B&W but no color (hence their replacement).  The printer has been sitting unused for 5 years, but on a desk in a heated & a/c'd space -- not in some damp or hot basement or attic -- and was very lightly used before that.  Mechanically and electronically it seems fine:  Responds to sent print jobs and dutifully appears to be printing, but paper comes out totally blank.  We assume the channels between cartridges and paper are plugged with dried ink.  How to clear them?
