Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just bought a set genuine CMYK cartridge HP955XL for replacement empty SetUp cartridge in HP7720 printer.

 

After inizialisation and alignment process finished, it was displaying "alignment test failed" then i checked that all cartridge well detected by printer wirh adequate ink level.

 

Then i tried to page print test and the result is only cyan/blue color printed. No black/yellow/magenta ink printed.

 

I did head cleanup from control panel menu but it does not solving the problem; only cyan ink printed.

 

I checked warranty status about my printer but hp's website told "temporary unavailable". I tried to call customer support for asking any solutions but none responded my phone call.

 

What must i do to solving my HP products?

thankyou verymuch for your response.

I'd tried allmost instructions upto 12 steps carefully but not solving my problems. is it men i need to replace print head? i am disappointed if it must be happen since i bought new printer and just worked for 1100 A4 standard documents. really not economical printer.
