Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

My printer has worked great until now. Has message on display indicating jam in document feeder. There is no jam. I've cleaned and reset printer multiple times. Will print from Laptop. Any solutions or do I need a Maintenance tech?

As the first instance, please follow the steps to resolve the problem, go to Paper Jam Error.
