I can see the printer as available and ready. When I send something to print nothing shows up in the queue. My husband's laptop works perfectly. My device is owned by an organisation and is up to date. When I open the app I can see my printer (cartridges are low but the app says no need to replace just now). I have run the trouble shooter with no identified problem. I have tried to send a test page to print (from the 'manage' section) and nothing prints. I'm not very tech savy so step by step instructions for a possible fix would be very useful

I see that you are facing issues with your HP DeskJet 2131 All-in-One Printer. is not printing 

 

- Complete the issue that you are facing with the unit. 

- Let me know if the printer is connected to Windows Computer or MAC Computer or Android Phone or iPhone. 

- Let me know the version of the operating system installed on the computer connected to the printer.  

- Connection method - USB, physical LAN, or wireless? 

- Error messages (if any) on the unit.
