This printer his worked quite well until recently when a print job became stuck in the  queue. It is not visible in the print queue but it prevents anything from printing.  I have gone into windows from the print queue and stopped the spooler, emptied the spooler and then restarted it.  That didn't work.  So I went in from the Windoiws powershell, used the cmd prompt, stopped the print spooler, and deleted their contents, then started the spooler again.  I am still unable to print any thing as it still says there is a document in the queue.  What else can I do?
