Just installed a new office jet 6600 which I had in storage.  The yellow ink cartridge is being rejected and I am unable to use another cartridge which is not a setup one.  0x61011bea is the error message

My previous office jet 6600 stopped working after quite a few years and this was to be my backup.  The message says the yellow is a leaky cartridge but all the other inks seem to be fine. I guess that it has a vacuum leak??

@bladerunner054

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

If the ink cartridges are not used for 5/6 months they tend to dry up.

We'll have to perform a reset on the Printer for this. I have sent you a private message, for more details that cannot be shared in a public post.

Please do check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.

Let me know if this helps.
