HP OfficeJet 6958 All-in-One Printer

Ever since I quot using Insta Print and bought own cartridges I'm getting an error that states

"Open the cartridges access door,  clear any paper jams or obstruction, then make sure the cartridges are installed correctly.  I have done l the Troubleshooting including 

Resetting the printer

Making sure no paper jams

Removing and cleaning the connectors on both the printer and cartridges 

Did an update on the printer itself!!

Any help will be moat appreciated! It's an HP 6950 ALL IN ONE

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are getting a cartridge issue, I am glad to assist you.

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here

And if the issue still persists, you might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
