HP Recommended

I have an HP ENVY Photo 6255 printer and I've been trying to connect it using wireless network setup for a while and I can't because the touch screen receives the taps I give it but in other areas of the screen, it doesn't respond to taps. I have tried everything to connect it to the internet and nothing to do with it. I can't use ethernet cable because the internet is very far from where I have the printer.

 

It frustrates me and I don't know what I'm going to do with it.

Does anyone know if there is a solution for this?
