Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Bought a new dj2800E yesterday, installed it on WiFi but prefer to use it on USB for realiability reasons.

Printed two small images (1x1") and one overhead sheet in color. Color cartridgeb light started blinking during print.

Tried to print another image but impossible. So i changed the cartridge for a new one i bought at the same time as

the printer. Same problem: light continues blinking, also after pulling the mains plug and waiting a few minutes.

Indeed, ,switching off and on didn't change anything. I think the printer has a defect in the cartridge interface...
