Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi,

My hp deskjet 2050 was previously using cartridge 122 but currently I can only access 61. However, when I insert the 61, it gives me an error "incompatible ink cartridges". Can you please help me reset the region so I can start using the 61?

Hi,

For Africa you should only use HP 122 cartridges.

 

A region reset would be applicable if you were moved to the US as an example, not for using cartridges intended for other regions than you're located at:

You should buy HP 122 ink cartridges, these are available in the local market,
