Hi! I have a Deskjet 3050A All-in-One Printer - J611a (it does't recognize its serial at my profile so I cannot add).
I'm basically not able to print despite I have ink.
I executed all printhead cleaning programs as well.
I receive errorcode 0xB826C774.

@Nik167,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code 0xB826C774 on your HP Deskjet 3050A All-in-One Printer usually indicates a hardware failure, often related to the printhead or internal printer components. Since you've already cleaned the printhead and ensured you have ink, here are a few troubleshooting steps to try.

Power Cycle the Printer

  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power outlet.
  2. Wait 5 minutes.
  3. Plug it back in and turn it on.

Check Ink Cartridges

  1. Remove the ink cartridges and check for any visible ink leaks or damage.
  2. Clean the cartridge contacts with a lint-free cloth and distilled water.
  3. Let them dry completely before reinserting them.

Reset the Printer

  1. Press and hold the Power button.
  2. While holding Power, press the Cancel button (or the Wireless button, depending on your model) twice.
  3. Release the Power button and wait for the printer to restart.

Try a Hard Reset

  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Disconnect all cables (including USB and power).
  3. Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds.
  4. Reconnect the power cable and turn the printer on.

Update or Reinstall Firmware

  1. Download and install the latest firmware from HP's official website.
  2. If possible, try updating through the HP Smart App or HP Print and Scan Doctor.

Check for Paper Jams

  • Even a small piece of paper stuck inside could cause this error. Open all compartments and remove any debris.

Factory Reset the Printer

  1. Press and hold the Wireless + Cancel button together for 5-10 seconds.
  2. Release when the printer restarts.
  3. Set up the printer again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
