Hi,
I brought my LaserJet from UAE, i'm currently in USA (TX) and i brought new cartridge from USA.
I'm receiving cartridge not compatible error message. after doing some searches i found by doing region reset to make the cartridge compatible.

I understand you moved countries and not able to use the ink toners from the US.
Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

@kumar0307,
I already created a case and i was advised to go to the community.
I saw couple of cases solved through the community where HP Support agent sent private message with the solution and the codes required to change the region, if this is applicable to my printer please do so. I have my printer running out of ink and i'm not getting any support

Yes, I understand your concern. We can perform a region reset on the Inkjet printer but not on Laserjet printers. There is no such option for Laserjets.
