I keep getting the printhead not recognizable however the diagnostic says printhead is good. I replaced the ink cartridges with genuine HP cartridges. Printer was working intermittently then giving the error again. Off on Off on.
I would like to know if anyone has had success with replacing the printhead. I can't seem to find a new one and the cost and time seems not worth the effort. But I hate for landfills to get filled up with printers.
