@stevesue901, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding How to Delete a Stuck Print Job!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If you have a print job that is stuck in processing on your HP OfficeJet 8015e and you are using Windows 10 (64-bit), you can follow these steps to clear the print queue and resolve the issue:

Open the Printer Queue:

  • Click on the Start menu and select Control Panel.
  • Go to Devices and Printers.
  • Find your HP OfficeJet 8015e printer and double-click it to open the print queue.

Cancel the Stuck Print Job:

  • In the print queue window, you'll see a list of print jobs.
  • Right-click on the print job that is stuck and select Cancel. This will attempt to remove the print job from the queue.

Clear the Print Queue Completely (if necessary):

  • If the print job does not cancel, you may need to clear the entire print queue.
  • Select all jobs in the list (you can simply press Ctrl + A) and right-click the selection, then choose Cancel for each.

Restart the Print Spooler:

  • Open the Services app from the Start menu.
  • Scroll down to find and select Print Spooler.
  • Click Stop to halt the service.
  • Once stopped, click Start to restart the print spooler service. This action often clears up stuck jobs.

Reboot the Printer:

  • Turn off your HP OfficeJet 8015e printer.
  • Wait for about 10 seconds and turn it back on.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
