Microsoft Windows 11

My printer connected to our wireless and worked once or twice, and now it won't connect via wireless or USB. There is something completely wrong with this printer, I think the hardware, and no amount of tech support can undo that. I've talked to customer support on two separate occasions, for two hours each, while they kept trying and trying to fix it. They were unable, there's something wrong with my printer. They say they're escalating the issue and someone will call back in 24-48 hours. They never call back. I have 10 months left on my warranty. How do I get HP to honor their warranty? I need a printer. I've been without for over a month now. I'm at the point where I'm considering cutting my losses and taking HP to small claims court. A warranty is after all a contract, and they haven't followed through. Has anyone had any luck with hp honoring warranties, or is the legal route my only option at this point?
