OfficeJet Pro L7580
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought two printheads for my L7580. Both the B/Y (C9381A) and the M/C (C9382A). Figured I'd replace both of them as the Cyan was not printing correctly. Installed the new printheads and now the printer is saying 'There is a problem with the following printheads: Black/Yellow, Magenta/Cyan' Putting the old printheads back in and I dont get the message."  How do I get replacements?

Have you contacted the store/person that sold you printheads?

Printheads were bought from the online HP Store, directly from HP.  Can't seem to find any number to call for support onthe www.hp.com/support website.

There is no phone number for support, you can contact HP agent for support https://support.hp.com/us-en

With telephone calls, you don't have any proof of the verbal conversation and what you arranged over the phone with someone. With email, you have a trace, and you get a case ID that you can refer in future with any HP agent.
