I have a HP DeskJet 2752 and the orange light is on next to the '" i " symbol. How do i get it to go off?

Try these steps:

Check for Error Messages: Use the HP Smart App on your computer or mobile device to see if there are any detailed error messages. This can often provide specific guidance on what the issue might be.

Paper and Ink Check:

  • Ensure there is paper loaded into the tray and that the paper is aligned correctly.
  • Check that the ink cartridges are installed properly. Remove them and reinsert them to ensure they are seated correctly.

Clear Paper Jams:

  • Open the printer and check for any paper jams. Carefully remove any paper that may be stuck.

Network Connection:

  • Ensure the printer is connected to your Wi-Fi network, if applicable. You may need to reconnect it using the HP Smart App or the printer’s control panel.

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about 60 seconds, plug it back in, and turn it on.

Printer Reset:

  • Perform a factory reset if none of the above steps resolve the issue. This can usually be done via the printer's control panel or through the HP Smart App.
