Hi @Raj707 ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are trying to turn off double-sided printing on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e for Windows, follow these steps:

Open the Print Dialog Box:

  • Open the document you want to print.
  • Click on File and then select Print, or press Ctrl + P on your keyboard.

Select Your Printer:

  • Ensure that HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e is selected as the printer.

Open Printer Properties or Preferences:

  • Click on Properties, Preferences, or Printer Properties. The exact wording may vary depending on your application.

Navigate to the Printing Shortcuts Tab:

  • If you have a Printing Shortcuts tab, you can select it and choose a preset that does not include double-sided printing. Otherwise, go to the Features or Layout tab.

Turn Off Double-Sided Printing:

  • Look for an option labeled Two-Sided Printing, Print on Both Sides, or similar.
  • Change the setting to Off or select None or Single-Sided (this wording can vary).

Apply and Save Settings:

  • Click Apply or OK to save your changes.

Print Your Document:

  • Proceed to print your document, and it should now print on one side only.

If you want to make these settings the default for all future print jobs, you may need to adjust the default settings in the printer properties:

Open Devices and Printers:

  • Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.

Right-Click Your Printer:

  • Find your HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e, right-click on it, and select Printing Preferences.

Adjust Default Settings:

  • Make the same changes to turn off double-sided printing, then click Apply and OK.

Refer to this document: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e All-in-One Printer User manual

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
