Welcome to the HP Community Forum.
No one likes this question - customers do not care for the answer.
It the printer won't recognize or use Non-HP Ink, there is no "override" to make it so.
Read the Description section in the Firmware Update / Driver Website reminds that this printer is subject to the security measures regarding ink use.
Reminder: The latest firmware merely iterates the information. The firmware version does not suddenly invoke dynamic security measures on its own for this particular update.

What if?
Even assuming the printer is not actively preventing the use of the non-HP ink, the practice is not supported by HP.
Contact the merchant from whom you purchased the ink and ask for help
OR
Use HP Genuine ink in your HP printer
