Inkjet 1050 All in one J410
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi ! 

I bought HP 1050 Inkjet J410 All in one printer a few years back from the US. I have now moved to India and bought locally available and compatible origional Cartridge no. 802 replaced. But the printer shows the error ' Incompatible Cartridge'. I came to know  that its due to the US settings. Please help me change the region from the US to India. 

I tried to take the help of virtual assistant but it was of now use and instead was asked to post my query to  support community.

 

Please reply urgently.

I'd like to help with the region reset the printer.

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
