I no longer use instant ink. How do I configure my printer to use store bought cartridges -- I keep getting messages to go to www.hpinstantink.ca . I don't use instant ink anymore. I use store bought HP ink cartidges. My printer doesn't seem to work after using instant ink. How do I correct this?

Make sure you have canceled Instant Ink on your HP Connected account.  Make sure ALL cartridges are replaced with HP cartridges from the store.  Do not leave any Instant Ink cartridges installed in the printer.

I dont want to deal with any of this.  I was not told about this stupid instant ink program when I bought the printer.  I will go out and replace the printer with another hP printer today, only if HP agrees to take this piece of junk back and credit me in full for. the money I've spent on useless ink cartridges and a useless printer.  If not, this is the last HP product I'll ever buy.

 

I'd like HP to hire me for one day so I can fire the genius who thought up this progrem.  24 hours is all I need.
