I understand you are trying to enlarge a copy on your HP DeskJet 3637 All-in-One Printer, you can adjust the copy size through the HP Smart app, as the printer itself does not have a dedicated resize option on its control panel. Here’s how:

Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device. If you haven’t installed it, you can download it from the HP Smart

Select your printer, then choose Copy from the available options.

Place the document on the scanner glass.

In the Copy settings in the app, look for the option to adjust the Resize or Enlarge/Reduce settings. Set the enlargement percentage (e.g., 150% to make it 1.5 times the original size).

After setting your desired enlargement, start the copy.

Alternatively, if you need a specific size not supported by the app, you could scan the document, resize it on your computer, and print it as an enlarged copy.
