Product: HP All in One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Put in new HP 61 Cartridges into HP Envy 4500 and keep getting the Incompatible Cartridge(s) message.  Tried everything... not sure what to do.

Did you buy your printer and using it in North America and Asia Pacific including Japan (excluding India, China, and Indonesia) ? If not your printer won't work with HP 61/61XL ink cartridges, you have to use the following way to fix
