I am unable to maintain the printheads of my OfficeJet Pro 6968. Using the "HP Printer Assistant", I click on "Maintain Your Printer". After a "Processing …." message, I am offered 4 options: Print Quality Diagnostics Page “The print quality diagnostics information failed to print.” Align Printheads “The alignment page failed to print.” Clean Printheads “The cleaning process failed.” Clean Printer “Clean not started.” How do I get my printhead maintenance to operated Harold Hawken
HP offered no help and I am extremely disappointed by their total lack of support. The “Community” offered this: ”This sounds like your printhead already failed if you can't run maintenance or print anything.“
So ... this is the best I can hope for? I feel deserted by a company I thought I could trust.
