Hi @LollyLowe,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are experiencing a stuck print job on your HP 2700 series printer. There are a few steps you can take to stop or cancel it:

Cancel from the Printer Control Panel:

  • If your printer has a physical Cancel button on its control panel, press it to immediately stop the current print job. Note that if the job is too far into the printing process, the printer might still complete it.

Cancel from the Software Program:

  • After initiating a print job on your computer, a dialog box usually appears where the document's print status is displayed. If this window is visible, you can click the "Cancel" button to stop the job.

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
