Hp 2652 Cartridge Failure

My printer does not print in color. The printer keeps blinking an orange light and shows the error Cartridge Failure. The printer can print in black but not in color.  The cartridge is original. I have tried all the possibilities suggested by HP to solve the problem. And the problem persists.

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
