Hello, 

 

My printer is feeding paper crooked and then telling me I am out of paper. I have looked at other posts and followed them such as; opening printer and looking for obstructions, which there are none, and resetting the printer by removing power for a few min and holding down power button. It is still feeding paper crooked...

@Sammy_j2, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I believe you are using regular/compatible paper. Let us try these steps:

 

Make sure the papers are loaded correctly. Refer to - Loading Paper and Envelopes

Adjust the paper width guides.

 

Also, perform the steps mentioned in this document -  An 'Out of Paper' error displays, printer does not pick paper

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
