hp 3830
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have a hp 3830 series that was working well on all of my computer, suddenly stop printing in color, check the cartridge, no problem, change the cartridge no problem. Print the test page and that one was printing in color.

So I try unistall the printer in windows and reinstall it, now whenever I try to print I get error - printing in the status.

I try unistalling again. unistalling the driver via printui.exe /s and same thing always happen again when I reinstall even using the driver provided with HP.

Printer can print via the HP smart app the demo page and the report without problem.

My other computer is also able to print without any problem.

Using windows 10 x64, printer is connected via wifi

If anyone have any idea, run out of idea here,

Thank you,
