Problem coincided with printer running out of ink (ink levels still showed green ,checked ,and OK about 25%) . Replaced both black and color cartridges. Printer now prints fine but the arm to support the paper doesn't extend itself until after the copy is printed and the paper has flown across the room. Tried to unplug wait and replug. Didn't change anything.
