Hi @Rami123456789,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The "output bin is full" message on your HP 9023 printer is an indication that the area where the printed documents are collected (the output bin) is either physically full of paper or the sensor that detects the paper level in the output bin is blocked, dirty, or malfunctioning, causing the printer to falsely report that it's full.

Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number on a private message for further assistance.

In the meantime,Here are some steps you can follow to resolve this issue:

Clear the Output Bin: First, ensure the output bin is not actually full. Remove any paper or other obstructions from the bin. Even if it doesn't seem full, give it a thorough check to make sure nothing small is stuck inside.

Check for Paper Jams: Sometimes, paper jams near the output bin area can cause this error. Check for any stuck paper or debris inside the printer, not just in the output bin but along the entire paper path.

Clean the Sensor: There might be a sensor near the output bin that detects when it's full. This sensor can sometimes get covered in dust or paper fibers, causing false readings. Locate the sensor (you might need to refer to your printer's manual for this) and gently clean it with a soft, dry cloth.

Reset the Printer: Turn off the printer, wait for about 30 seconds, and then turn it back on. A simple reset can sometimes clear error messages.

Update Printer Firmware: Ensure your printer's firmware is up to date. HP often releases updates to fix known bugs or improve functionality. You can check for firmware updates on the HP website or through the HP Smart app, if applicable. Click here

In the meantime,

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
