Hp Deskjet 2720 document in queue trouble

HP Recommended
HP Deskjet 2720
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone,

i can't print with my HP Deskjet 2720 and software HP Smart detects a trouble on print queue: documents remain on queue.

I have proceeded with firmware upgrading to 122.3.838.0

Can you suggest me something to solve the problem?

Thank you in advance

Regards

Andrea

Manual Queue Reset

Details…
