Envy photo 7134

Hi,

I got a refurbished envy photo 7134 and I don't have my setup cartridges anymore.

In the menu there is no trade setup.

Is there a way to bypass the request of setup cartridges?

Thank you

Hi@Unibz, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

As I understand, you're getting an error message while using set up cartridges in your printer.

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:

Have you tried regular ink cartridges?

Step 1: Make sure the ink cartridges are compatible

Step 2: Make sure the ink cartridges are correctly installed

Step 3: Clean the electrical contacts

Step 4: Reset the printer

Step 5: Clean the ink cartridge contacts again

Keep me posted. Happy to help!
