Hi,

I bought a new windows laptop a couple weeks ago and installed my old printer but it will not print in colour. In my word documents I do not have the option to select colour, black and white or grayscale.  I deleted all the drivers, reinstalled them, removed files from printing spoolers and it is still not working. Anybody able to advise?

Thanks

Hi, my hp6950 has exactly the same problem, on investigating the issue on various forums it is a very widespread problem with hundreds if not 1000s of complaints, unfortunately HP seem to be totally ignoring it, there solution is to delete and re-install the drivers, this is not working, Hp seem to have washed there hands of it which is scandalous...

I spent hours yesterday trying to solve the same issue on my 4652. It just randomly happened and tried all the forum suggestions, repeating uninstall/reinstall several times. So frustrating...
