HP laserjet P4515dn

Hello everyone,

I have an HP laserjet P4515dn and two P4015dn and recently I purchased two refurbished HP LaserJet 500-sheet Stapler/Stacker (CB522A) from eBay but shortly I experienced having some problems with the stapler. The stapler was full of staples bent inside, the staples fell out of it and bent and whole, it was clear that something was not working properly. I opened the stapler to clean those staples and after I put the stapler back I only received an error code 66.12.03 DEVICE OUTPUT ERROR.

I have tried many times by various methods, the same result. I ended up buying two pieces of Stapler Ass'Y Stapler Stacker RM2-6202-000CN, new and original because the error says it is a stapler motor error and I RECEIVE THE SAME ERROR. I NEED THESE STAPLERS. There must be a solution to this error, apart from changing the whole unit, because I did nothing but take down the staplers and clean them and then buy new ones. The stacker part was not opened or anything was done on it, it worked very well before.

I appreciate any help.
