I have been experiencing a recurring issue with my HP printer, where it prints only 4 pages at a time before freezing and displaying a “busy” error message. This problem prevents me from printing larger documents or performing any tasks that require multiple pages. This issue began after I had the printer for just over a year, and it appears to be related to software malfunctions.
I reached out to HP customer support in hopes of resolving the issue. However, I was told by the agent that HP is currently experiencing widespread problems with the software in its printers, yet I was not offered a viable solution or repair. Instead, the representative attempted to sell me a subscription and suggest purchasing a new printer, despite the fact that my printer is barely over a year old.
I find this response completely unacceptable. It seems as though HP may be using faulty software or planned obsolescence to pressure customers into buying new products and services. To make matters worse, the lack of genuine assistance and the push for additional purchases instead of resolving the issue has left me feeling scammed and frustrated. Will be filing a complaint to BBB and CFPB and looking into legal action.
