Hi @Gk112,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are getting the B5B55D error on your HP Smart 750 printer typically indicates that the printer is experiencing a busy state or a processing issue.
Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Restart the Printer:
- Turn off your HP Smart 750 printer.
- Wait for about 30 seconds to a minute.
- Turn the printer back on and see if the error persists.
Check for Paper Jams:
- Open the printer's access doors and look for any paper jams or obstructions.
- Carefully remove any stuck paper.
Check Printer Queue:
- On your iOS device, go to the printer settings and check if there are any pending print jobs.
- Cancel any print jobs that might be stuck or causing issues.
Update Printer Firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Ensure that your printer’s firmware is up to date. You can usually check for updates through the HP Smart app or the printer's web interface.
Reinstall Printer Software:
- On your iOS device, open the HP Smart app.
- Remove the printer from the app and then add it back again.
Check Network Connection:
- Ensure that your printer is properly connected to the network.
- If using Wi-Fi, check if the signal is strong and stable.
