I did extensive reading on this error and eveeywhere i read no reference was ever made to paper puck up rollers

when my color laser 4425 failed with this error code i had paper in the right door, just out of upper paper tray, if i moved that paper up a half inch, closed side door and hit ok my error would xhange to a paper path error.

so i convluded paper delayed in coming out of tray, i replaced rhe paper rollers for thhat tray and the 59.FO error disappeared

just my personal experience

Interesting, never run into that, but then we tend to replace rollers before they reach the point where they cannot feed paper reliably. Most common cause we see is the sticking solenoid that is a well documented issue with this model when they get old.

My research revolved around some 50 posts in and around 2016 2017, in most cases at that time

FW updates, belt replacement, and sensor issues behind fuser on left side, sticking in up position where the primary solutions to the issue, i did read one that referenced a solenoid. In all my reading, no one mentioned paper began to enter the path and then the error occurred. as was the case each time we received the error.

again, each time i powered the printer on, and attempted to send a console print job, ie status page or any other internal print job, the paper would begin to move, and immediately the error would occur, opening the right door pulling down assessory plate and the paper will be visible, coming up from paper tray, simply pull paper up as little as 1/2 inch, and close right door and hit ok, the printer will now reference paper path error, at which point i recommend replacing the paper pick up rollers in what ever tray you are using

I would love to hear more feed back, saddly i believe many of these printers where sent to the dumps back in 2016 and 17 when a fix was unavailable .....

Might i ask where this solinoid is located and approx requirements to access and remove and replace, part # if possible would be great.

i can at least get one ordered in case my proposed fix is short lived.

Thank You
