Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just changed my ink cartridges and it will copy color but it will not print color from my computer. Can anyone help?

Hello,

 

Hope you are fine,  please try printing a report from the machine to check printer functionality. go to set up > reports > demo page or supplies page. 

then from the computer go to web browser,  go to hp.com/go/UPD, download the universal driver for PostScript. 

One downloaded , run the file and unzip it. reinstall the printer with the wizard and IP address if network connected or select USB if printer is USB connected. Once reinstalled, try printing with the new driver.
