With the HP SMART app, the printer is "READY," the ink levels are displayed, the scanner works, and the diagnostics and troubleshooting program reports no problems. However, when I try to print a test page or any other file, the printer doesn't start. If I try to print a PDF, the preview appears but it doesn't start. When I try to print a Word file, it says "User Intervention Required." When I check the printer status in the control panel under "BLUETOOTH & DEVICES," the printer is recognized, but the message "Default, Attention Required" appears under the printer name. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer with all its programs, but it still won't work. The printer works when I try to print from my phone and another Mac. Is the problem with the PC? I've checked everywhere and run all the diagnostics, but to no avail.
